Functional dry needling (FDN) is a treatment that physical therapists use to decrease pain and restore normal muscle function. A fine filament needle is inserted into a motor point in a painful muscle. The needles are short, solid, sterile, stainless steel needles that do not insert any fluid into the body. Needling stimulates the muscle, reducing pain and significantly improving the function of the injured tissue. Research has shown that FDN breaks the pain cycle by decreasing the chemical irritation and muscle contraction, while at the same time improving the muscle’s flexibility. FDN is thought to have a systemic response in lowering the body's inflammation by turning on the body's immune system.
We offer personalized strength and conditioning programs to help you reach your fitness goals. A full evaluation is performed to see what muscles are strong and weak in your body. We will be with you every step of the way altering your program appropriately as you go.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is a holistic approach that harmonizes the body’s rhythms and promotes deep relaxation. This gentle, non-invasive therapy focuses on the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, as well as the fascial system that supports every muscle and organ.
Our trained Physical Therapist uses soft touch to release tension and restrictions within the craniosacral and fascial systems. This process can enhance the body’s natural healing abilities, alleviate pain, and improve overall wellness. Ideal for those dealing with stress, chronic pain, migraines, or recovering from trauma. It aids in oral motor function and full functional movements from infants to adulthood. Multiple sessions are not required.
